Michael L. Young, CPA Senior Tax Manager   Mike has over 33 years of tax experience.  He worked for a "Big 8" accounting firm for 12 years in California, Utah, and Arizona.  He also worked as corporate controller for a real estate development company before moving to Oklahoma City in 1988 to become tax manager for OG&E.  Mike joined Hyde & Company in August 2007 and specializes in all areas of income taxation.  He also has extensive experience in matters related to financial statement accounting for income taxes. Mike was born and raised in Utah.  He graduated cum laude from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.  He and his wife, Erlene, have 6 children.  His outside interests include his children, his grandsons, music and golf. myoung@hccpas.net

Tamara Sponburg, CPA Sr. Tax Accountant Tamara has been a CPA since 1989.  She specializes in Corporate tax and state tax issues. Prior to working for Hyde & Company, she worked for the Oklahoma Tax Commission for 16 years and the FAA for a year.  She has many years of experience in preparing Federal & State Income tax returns and in resolving sales and use tax issues.  She is very knowledgable about Oklahoma credit for taxpayers and other tax incentives. Tamara has a degree in Accounting from OU in 1986 and a computer science degree from OCCC in 2002.
