Nancy K. Hyde, CPA CVA Hyde & Company Management   Nancy K. Hyde is President of Hyde & Company CPA's, P.C.  She has extensive experience in tax services, representation before the Internal Revenue Service, Oklahoma Tax Commission, and financial consulting, including trust and business planning, business evaluation, and management services.  She also provides assistance in valuing closely-held businesses for sales, estate and gift tax purposes and litigation support.   Nancy K. Hyde holds a Certified Public Accountant certificate from the State of Oklahoma and is a Certified Valuation Analyst.  She served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Tax Division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  She is a Past President of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.
